To apply for Domestic Shipping License (foreign vessels), applicant(s) need to do apply directly through MOT eDSL system via https://edsl.mot.gov.my/edsl/public :
- MASA shall process the applications via eDSL system and circulate accordingly as usual for 2 working days circulation.
- Application will be circulated at 3PM every day. Application later than 3PM will be processed the next working day.
- Application must be sent at least 5 working days before the laycan/commencement date.
- Maximum laycan/commencement date is 4 weeks before.
