Associate Membership is open to any Malaysian resident company involved directly or indirectly with the shipping industry.
2. Entrance Fee
An entrance fee of RM500 (for Associate Member) in crossed cheque payable to Malaysian Shipowners’ Association is to be enclosed with this application for membership. The fee will be refunded if the application is rejected.
3. Subscription
Associate Members shall pay a monthly subscription of RM100.
4. Memorandum and Articles of Association, Annual Report and Accounts
Please enclose with this application certified true copies by the Company Secretary or Registrar of Companies of your Memorandum and Articles of Association, your latest audited Annual Report and Accounts, Form 24 and Form 49.
